The new addition to my "animal" gallery - red running "Good Luck Horse". Oil on canvas, 20x32. Definitely symbolic :)).

Of course I couldn't hold myself from painting the horse smiling.:)
Also added "Alsace" to "canvas art" gallery. The image was taken in Soultz, France. The place is fascinating for those who are interested in Russian literature and know who is Pushkin. Soultz - is the home town of George Dantes (baron Georges de Heeckeren d'Anthès), Pushkin's murderer and brother in law. While all Russians hate him till nowadays, Pushkin's kids frequently visited "uncle George" in his Solutz family estate and maintained good relationship with him - the fact which is not widely known. History sometimes is so ironic.
